I cannot forgive your stupidity. You are a nasty fascist nutcase. I asked you what mistakes were made with regards to Palestine and your immediate response was to discuss how agreements worked out for Israel rather than the personal damage Israeli policy may have caused which was the obvious thrust of my post. Ergo you are a knob.
Zionist tactic 101, oh look at what's happening there! Oppression happens in many places, doesn't make it any more right for Israel, in fact only a person who's sick in the head will say "well they're more violent so that excuses us" Secondly, if you look at it statistically, Israel is just as deadly as the Syrian regime. In just 8 days of fighting, Israel killed over 150 Palestinians, most of them civilians, add that over a period of 2 years and you will roughly get the same death toll numbers. In operation cast lead, in 2008, Israel killed over 1400 Palestinians, in just about 3 weeks of fighting, add that over a period of 2 years, and you end up with the same numbers in Syria. And nobody gives a **** if you 'strongly' disagree on Israel killing thousands of Palestinians, official stats have shown that they have killed thousands of Palestinian.
If we argue on an internet forum, and get so pugilistic, there is no chance in real life. not one post has had anything to do with reconciliation and or understanding the problems in the middle east, specifically the Isreal/Palestine problems. People have been dying in their millions for centuries now, races being slaughtered and some eradicated, but still we carry on and argue pettily what is wrong and what is right. There can never be a solution to conflict, but it can be contained and minimallised by the use of common sense, unfortunately whist money and religion rule our thoughts, then we are destined to be at war with each other for the forseeable future. The only way mankind (as we know it) is going to become one, is if we are attacked by an alien force. Until that day, well. Happy Murdering.
You mean like the 67 war where Israel were in dire straights after losing huge amounts of hardware in the Sinai and threatened to the US to exercise their nuclear option, Samson contingency or something it was called, unless the US provided them with additional hardware. How many wars would they have won without big daddy America backing them?
I don't expect to ever be able to make any impression on international politics or conflict by debating on this forum, but I can still take to opportunity to call out the idiocy of certain posters as the situation necessitates.
You live in a fantasy world of your own creation, completely detached from reality. The 1967 6-Day War saw Israel crush the combined might of the surrounding Arab armies which was threatening Israel with annihilation.
You betray those who suffered genuine anti semitism by throwing around such terms. You make it worthless.
Apologies THFC it was the 73 Yom Kippur war. And I feel we are going over familiar territory with the whole anti-semitism whereby we have already deduced that the displaced Palestinians are the actual genetic descendants of the semitic tribes. The current occupiers trace their lineage to somewhere around Georgia
You just google your "facts" don't you? That's not research, that's just looking for whatever will confirm your prejudice. Try keeping an open mind for a change, and try seeing things from more than one perspective.
The mistake Israel made was assuming the Pals were interested in peace A quick glance at history, such as the PLO being formed years before Israel gained possession of Gaza/West Bank should have been one clue Incidentally this thread is further proof of the lies by apologists about millions being murdered by the evil Zionists and not caring one bit about the treatment and murder of Pals by their fellow Arabs (such as forcing them to live in squalid "refugee" camps and denying them rights that would have the world up in arms if Israel did it) So why the double standard? It can only be AS
An Israeli arrives at Heathrow airport. The customs official says to him, "Occupation?" "No," replies the Israeli. "Just visiting."
