The only manager capable of beating Fergie is Mourinho. Sadly, he won't. He moves clubs too often. Wenger could have done it but financial constraints ended that. Fergie has built a dynasty. Something those two will never do.
Pardew is a sleazy horrible tw@t who i wouldnt trust as far as i could throw him, its got absolutely nothing to do with who he manages either, never liked him, seems like a propper creep
Just out of curiosity? Any of you fellas that are good with copying and pasting stuff How does mourihno's record stand up against fergie's?
Just got this on twatter; Robbie Savage ‏@RobbieSavage8 So Mancini is asked to explain comments by fa cos says ref ate too much and fergie doesn't even get reported What a joke ! & the FA wonder why people think they are a bunch of ****s.
It simply doesn't. Remember, Fergie laboured for his first few years at United, but he'd already won some 10 trophies (I think?) at Aberdeen!
As I said to Mush earlier, don't bet on it, you never get back on his good list. He will be looking forward to March Strange that he chose to have his Keegan moment with a struggling side. Have you seen the interview with Pards? All quite jovial and he is just having a laugh. Maybe old red nose had a bad heed after a few too many drams. I'd love to put it down to deflecting attention but he just seems to have lost it when you see it. Highly amusing.
Its funny though, While he was at Aberdeen he got offered jobs at Wolves, Arsenal, Spurs, and was in line for Liverpool, but he turned the 1st 3 down, (dalglish got the Liverpool job) he was even linked with Man U but said no 6 months before he actually took the job after Atkinson was sacked. Just find it ironic with some saying Martinez hasnt got ambition when SAF done the same thing, OK SAF won things with Aberdeen, but then they were the best team or at least one of the 3 best teams in Scotland at the time, but lagging way behind the English teams mentioned. Strange how things turn out though.
Although I'm no fan of Pardrew and agree with Fergie in regards to him being hypocritical he has no right to call Newcastle a "wee club", would he say the same of Man City? What makes you a big club, History/Success/Money/Fan base? Because let's face it anyone with the financial backing can bring success aka City/Chelsea and lets be honest they could of taken any club to the championship.
if he thinks NUFC are a wee club, what are we in his eyes? Just a thought...........playing devils advocate
Was very critical of Mr Benitez for something similar once upon a time, saying he was arrogant for calling Everton a small club.................................... We are pretty "wee" in comparison to them We all know he's a classless hypocritical **** but I think he'll care little what people think of him. I don't mind his jibes personally, I find it amusing he is trying to get into a mind games battle with a PL struggler. He's just lost the plot and had a bit rage.
As others have said I would love to have a drink with Fergie and just sit and listen to him ramble on. Of course he can be a dick, but it is always with intent! After their first goes at each other it seems him and Mourinho became good mates. He is one smart cookie. The Thunderbird puppet I wouldn't piss on if he was on fire!
The wee club bit as well. Man U have played them twice this season. Who have they got next, Arsenal then Everton. Calling the toon a wee club might get them riled up and want to show him and everyone else they can beat those 2 teams (as well as Chelsea/Man City later in the year) and if they do, it means Man U will probably win the title again.
No doubting Mourinho's pedigree, he's a top class manager but you have to agree, he has inherited a lot of great players in his last few clubs. Fergie built his teams from the ground up and over a sustained period unlike Mourinho who has bounced from club to club. I'd love to see the expenditure of both managers as a comparison as well.
