I agree about the atmosphere and I've been saying it for years but there's no easy solution. Do we drop the prices so more locals go? Well we can't compete for weekend gate receipts as it is so that won't happen. Do we sell a certain amount to locals only? Again won't happen and I've never agreed with that kind of idea anyway. Make every fan sing You'll Never Walk Alone before being allowed in Expand the ground....insert manic laughter here.... I don't know the answers lads to be honest. Ban any idiot who spends all game on the phone or texting would be a start. Give people a reason to get to their seats half an hour/ an hour before kick off. That's how things used to be and it always helped build an atmosphere. I said before the Stoke game why I like going to the Brit despite the fact we never get a result there. Atmosphere. An atmosphere that proves all-seaters aren't a barrier to making a lot of noise. See the Champions League nights at Anfield as proof that we can do it...we just don't.

We didn't play like we can against West Ham, but we won. I've watched united a good few times this season. They've played cack on several occasions, but still won. We need to develop that mid-set. They never give up and they haven't for a long time.
