We have completed the signing of Chris Wood from WBA on a 3 1/2 year contract, for a fee believed to be around £1.25m + add ons.

 

"The Mercury Sport reported that the initial transfer fee was £1.25m ($NZ2.45) with £750,000 ($NZ$1.47m) in add-ons and bonuses.
That offer far outweighed a £1m ($NZ1.97m) deal Millwall were prepared to pay to hold on to the goal-hungry 21-year-old."
