Kasper Schmeichel is very, very average, and lives off the name off his father from all that I've seen of him. Which admittedly is not a lot this season.

Kasper is better then the Gk's we have atm, I'd rather have a younger keeper that can grow with our young team then a older keeper who will have to replaced in about a year.

I like Kasper, but he's almost the complete opposite to what I want in a keeper next month.

On the basis that we're never going to attract a real top keeper in our current position, then Robinson is the one who stands out for me.

Sorensen maybe, although I don't know what he's like these days, having spent his recent days just sat on Stoke's bench.

I think this is part of our problem at the moment , we are in need of some experience , rather that young players who will be good players in years to come .

We've tried that but surprise surprise, Gazzaniga on his own makes the whole defence become a nervous wreck. We need experience in between the sticks.

Not really Gazza had a massive step up is all, plenty of teams play young keepers. I'm not on about a keeper about 20 , more like 25ish. At 25 the keeper would have experience but still learning, rather then 30 odd and coming to the end of their career and on the way down.

It's nothing about age it's about quality, Gazza had a massive step up. He needs time before being thrown into the first team, look at Atletico Madrid they aren't complaining about Courtois are they?.

Keepers can play into their late 30's and even 40's. Look at Friedel. He's just as good, if not better, then he was 10 years ago.

Not all keepers can play into their 40s tho can they?, like not all 20 year old keepers can't play in the first team?.

Could well be are keepers have lost us upwards of 6 points already I know every keeper makes mistakes but it happens to us very regularly and it could easily be the difference between staying up or going down.

Well we only have a few more days and we will hopefully know. No point in waiting until the end of Jan!

I still want Jack Butland. I like our current trend of building for the future by buying promising youngsters.

True, but at the same time we do only have two league games between Jan 2nd and Jan 29th. It's not like there's an opportunity for any new signings to play an extra four or five league games for us if we sign them within the first week of Jan.
