Who should McCoist try and buy?

Now that we allegedly have funds for the new manager, who do you reckon he should go for?

I reckon we need a couple of CB's a ball playing MF and a partner for Jelavic.

Probably Bartley back up, love to see someone like Roger Jonson of Brum FC, I'd go for Eremenko and Goodwillie.

Eremenko is a bit of a luxury player, but reckon he could do a job for Rangers.

    Thoughts?

Dorrans is a good shout, also the boy James Morrison at WBA is a great player everytime I see him anyway.

I say Eremenko because we don't have anyone to play in the 'hole' in between MF and ST.

I hope McCoist makes us more attack minded in Scotland at least.

A 4-3-1-2 or 4-3-3 formation next season would be smashing.

Think Rangers will pillage the DUFC team for Badcock, Conway and possible Gomis. What about Kenneth <laugh>

Bartley and Weiss as new loans.

Dorrans will cost a good few million (more than £2.5m imo), so don't see that for Rangers.

Eremenko will be signed by Rangers or Celtic. As GL says, he'd only be good when winning comfortably - not a battler.

Goodwillie and Conway would be very good signings for Rangers. I thought Weiss' dad has said he'll not be coming back north next season - maybe I'm making that up? It seems to me that central defence will be a priority for Rangers - looks like Bougherra is wanting to go and surely Weir can't go another season? <yikes>

I don't know, I need to go down and survey a school for a job that we might get.

I'll take my ticket with me just in case

Una Stubbs is available on a Bosman. Play her up front with Jelavic.

I'd like to see Bartley back up as he was coming onto a game before the injury and I think with Wegner looking to spend on experienced defenders next season we have a chance.

Would like to see the scouts look over in Italy for defenders as there's no better country to get a bargain, quality defender. Get the replacements in for Bougherra and Weir and then look further up the formation.

A creative midfielder is essential to take the heat off Davis if he's having a bad one. Not Ermenenko though, far too hot and cold.

IMO, keeping Greegs and Papac is our immediate concern.
