A little bit of Karma for RVP perhaps since he has been throwing the elbows into people on a number of occasions this season and getting away with it. As for Williams he's a tool as noted by his previous PR stunt regarding Suarez.

he sets out to wind you up and you all fall into his well laid trap. Credit to Laudrup who saw the bait and refused to take it. He didn't mean it literally, he said. Rather than foaming at the mouth and go on a rant...

Well done SAF to sucessfully wum all these people <ok>

Something that was more dangerous at the game yesterday was the disgusting away fans throwing a flair onto the roof of the stand. That could have set the stand on fire and killed hundreds of fans.

I think its time the fa threw the book at them horrible bunch of ****s that are the United away section, already this season they have sang uncalled for Hillsborough songs, yesterday they nearly caused a fire at Swanseas ground.

Going off Fergies comments, I really worried about Fernando

With that bullet header he put away yesterday, things have obviously got that bad for him the poor lad is obviously feeling suicidal.

In fairness it was bad play from AW.

He could have been injured - concussed at the very least.

United were very hard done by yesterday in terms of decisions, on a whole.

Ahh the mac fools out in force.

RR talking through his swollen rear admiral again.

Keane ended one career and stamped viciously on several players including Trigger.

RvP has a little nasty streak when he aint getting his own way, he's a cowardly over the top tackler too. But as we could see v Swans, RvP is a class A chicken. You either get up and do something or you don't, but please leave the handbags.

I don't remember BR coming out and saying Suarez was lucky to be alive after Huth stood on his chest.

Fergie is absolutely awful at this attempted covering of his failings via rants.

But lets forget that, lets forget goalkeepers have to actually risk their lives making saves by letting the ball hit them <laugh>

No <doh> <laugh> Not with the weight of a football these days. See if you can concuss someone with a store bought plastic ball, no you wont, like a modern soccer ball, it has not got the weight to do damage.

Bale just took a clearance full in the face and he stayed down, unlike RvP who got right up and went at Ashley so, if he was so badly hit, why was he not stunned?

Only a tango ball would I worry about being blasted in the face or the auld indoor green balls, heavy fooks.

Come off it Alan- you mean you've never found anything you read offensive?

Anyway, all this tit-for-tat stuff is tedious. The idea that football is littered with bad behaviour but one's own club is stuffed with little angels is daft. Arguing over who's committed the worst "crime" is a waste of time.

Williams should be punished, it's true- but that isn't the point, it's Fergie's over-reaction that's the point.
You could look upon it as a bit of geriatric buffoonery, and if the authorities do, then all's well and good. However if, as intended, it puts pressure on said authorities then that's wrong. He has no right to be calling publicly for a lengthy ban for a player.
Anyone who says he did it just to wind people up is being silly.

I don't know if you play a contact sport (or indeed any similar sport) but it is quite easy to get concussed (I would know ffs :( )

It's very silly and unsportsmanlike of Williams to smack the ball like that - he must have known what he was doing. Frustration isn't an excuse.

Fergie was over the top, to distract attention, but it was still very poor of Williams.

Oh and a hit in the face is much more painful in the immediate.

More damage can be done in the face, teeth knocked out broken nose, bone fragments going places, so yeah.

I was a keeper.. probably explains a bit:) and I have had the ball blasted in my face, albeit not by a pro but it was a waterlogged leather ball 3 times the weight of that ball they use now.

Speed and mass mate, speed but air filled no mass, little damage. A little sore but c'mon.

How on earth do keepers not die or get knocked out more often so?

To further my point, players that get it in the face usually stay down, RvP was up in a second

I feel a little bit sad for SAF - it's all slipping away from him as his power and grip on reality run through his whiskey smelling fingers.

I wish him well in his old age just like Thatcher. :p

My son asked much does it cost to get married?

    I replied I don’t know son, I’m still paying.

Funny story, but then I realised that my son may never get married because of my response and turn out to be a loner that goes on to serial killer and be labeled in the same bracket as Ashley Williams.
