I can see us playing this:

    --------------------Suarez-------------------
    -----Sterling---------------------Borini-------
    -------------------Sturridge------------------

I think at least initially Sturridge will play 9, with Suarez in wing forward position, the 3rd spot will be rotated (Ince,Sterling,Borini,Downing), and number 10 will rotated too (Gerrard,Ince,Shelvey,Sahin,Suso), with, how they are doin in trainin and matches bein the contributor to if they are selected

I'm not so sure Suarez would be so effective there (interesting though). What you want from him up front is to be dragging defenders around out of position. When he drifts deep he either drags out the centre half or he moves into space. Playing him as an attacking midfielder would just mean he'd spend 90mins with a defensive midfielder following his every move.

I think he'll interchange all the forwards throughout a game now.

Using Suarez in the middle gives pace either side which will be useful as long as we're getting quality balls in front of the wide players and then getting midfielders into the box a lot quicker.. He should use this more in the games where we know the full backs won't be able to get forward as much.

Sturridge up front will probably be the way we go at first. How well he excels as our striker will depend on him getting into the box quickly, linking with Gerrard and Suarez well and improving how he plays with his back to goal in the really tight scrappy games. If he tries to go it alone every time he gets it he'll be too easy to defend against.

Fair points. Personally I prefer Suarez as a F9.

I think 12 million is a bit too steep for a player who's barely played this season and was injured most of the time. Benteke was only 6 million and was regular in his previous club. 8 million max should of been the price. If it was us doing the selling i doubt we would have got anything more on a fringe player. But well, they all know we've got a bunch of clowns doing the dealings and our desperate situation, but i'm pretty sure had we gone about with other targets, like Aubameyang or Gameiro, we could of got a better bargain. Chelsea actually wanted to get rid of him, plus we could have atleast made him force his way out.
Anyways i honestly do think he's crap and has a terrible attitude but if he does join i've got no choice but to root for him.

bit shocked the views are this spit to be honest. I still think its a good price and he'll only go up in value.

can only see him playing right of squarez with sterling on the left and borini coming in there... in the end its up to him to show he's worth it.

  7. I think Suarez will remain a F9 with Sterling and Sturridge either side.
