We must be moving in the right direction - Venger and Ferg think that the Ming would make a good second string goalie !

Bloody cheek, second string ! He's light years ahead of theirs.

He MUST stay. Give him another extended contract NOW !

That's the thing though mate if he went to one of those clubs he wouldn't be a regular with us he gets his game and, I think that a lot of good players are starting to think the same way now. Yes they'll get CL or at the least European football, yes they will be on better wages, yes they'll probably win something but, in my opinion anyway they will not play enough which I'd say most actually want to do. You will get some who go to sit on the bench and collect the wages but, that is becoming a rarity now.

Think that's spot on Talc, there will always be mercaneries, but as an aside, there will also always be considerably more players who wanna play every week and achieve something from it.

Daniel Sturridge and Scott Sinclair are perfect examples of why the move to a "big" club can stunt your career

Mig is Belgium's number 1 at the moment - he will know that he will only keep that spot by playing week in week out so I can't see him ever agreeing to be a bench warmer. This is also the reason why I can see Westwood moving on in January.

Also any rumour that starts with the words "Arsene Wenger is mulling over a bid..........." has no substance or will at least take three years to come to fruition!!!
