He made his point in the second part of his post, which you chose to remove, when you quoted him!! Obviously only out to argue tonight, rather than debate!!!
I'm actually not bitter at all. To be quite honest with you i'm very pleased with our bargain (I think the term you'd use is budget) signings. And happy that we're building a capable squad without being reckless with finances. QPR have won the league, and rightfully so, because they have (one of) the best squads in this league. Being as wealthy a club as they are obviously played some part in that!
He didn't suitably explain why me complaining about too many budget signings was relevant. I removed the other part because I wasn't querying it. Anyway, I think Febbos was inferring that I complain about everything, though if he looks back on it he'll see my views on spending money have been consistent throughout. So once again, I'm going to have to question what his point was, because I'm guessing that yet again it was a weak attempt to use my name to make friends on here.
I'm sure Febbos is more than capable of making friends without mentioning your name. Since when did name dropping TWF make you popular around here??
I think that is one of the few statements that you have got right, Twf'y, you old "bitter B'stard"!! You do complain about everything, except Browny, Bullard, Bartlett and Duffen!
Do you actually bother reading my posts? If you did, you'd realise I give Bartlett more than the average bit of stick. I try not to insult anybody on here, but you really are a bit thick aren't you? If you're going to continue talking about other posters rather than football, at least get your facts right.
Yup, Twf'y I am extremely thick. But I have managed to survive in many areas of this country far, far worse than hull will ever be, for a lot longer than you have been out of Pamper's, whilst not having a Degree, unlike your "good self", who is attempting one. So if your level of intelligence is what we have come to want, and admire as a civilisation, I would rather be thick and as happy as a pig in mire, than be like yourself. I do hope you succeed in your chosen course at Uni., because McDonald's are always looking for Management Trainee's.
The fact we averaged around 16,500 in our promotion season from (what is now) League Two helped raise a bit of money Tony. QPR have crap crowds, given their rather unfortunate location amongst London's big boys. So at least we were spending within our means.
Maybe in transfer fees, incase you haven't noticed though you also pay things like wages: http://www.wearetherangersboys.com/forum/showthread.php?t=92141&highlight=accounts Back to my point, your cost of sales is almost ã25M, that means you spent almost ã25M on the footballing side of the business last season, there's not many, if any clubs in this division spend that much.
I read looking for football debate. Unfortunately, a lot of debate is drowned by constant abuse of certain people trying to give their views.
PS: From the letter that was sent out to your shareholders earlier this season (regarding Caliendo and the ã2M loan/indemnity cross cancellation) the club at the time of the takeover had net assets of just under ã1M. As at those accounts the club is worth minus ã15M despite the Mittals having converted ã15M debt into shares, so from the time of the takeover to last summer you'd spent ã31M more than you'd brought in. You'll have an even bigger loss this year but it'll be hard to work out how much of it is due to bonuses being paid out for getting promotion.
