It doesnt sound like Simpson has had to many chances, but he hasnt scored since our game with wolves. If Pro isnt good enough we need to spend some real money and get a good striker.
Yes but my point was that the season starts in August, so if someone left in July they couldn't have played in a game.
Couldn't agree more - I did get flu proper a couple of years ago and will never ever call a cold flu again. A cold makes you feel a bit crap for a few days. Flu completely dehabilitates you for a couple of weeks at least - I've never felt as dreadful in my life before or after. Sounds like a fairly even game tonight which could go either way. Noticed again Burnsy was on about offers for Chester in January.
Fourth game I've missed this season and I can't listen at all, I'm watching Blackpool v Wolves instead, I'm a ****e armchair fan. Wolves are winning 1-0, but Blackpool have been by far the better team and it's a good game.

I actually reckon I caught flu at Bramall Lane on Boxing Day when we won 3-2. Was just a few hours after that I started getting breathing difficulties and the evil flu cough. They're dangerous things those away games!
You're not wrong, I missed only three games last season, but still managed to miss our best performance of the season and it was a ****ing home game.
