I had a dream last night where we lost 0-2 to QPR. So obviously, I'm taking that as a sign and have gone for a win to us...

"Not us, we're going to have to play under monster pressure. It needs to be full up. They need to be right on our side, whatever happens - even if QPR go 2-0 up."

I really like Pardew and I believe he says all the right things. Not always the things the fans want to hear, but the correct things as a manager in his position.

But this line regarding the build-up to Saturday's game is just plain silly. It's a two-way street between pitch and terrace and the paying fans need to be inspired too. If QPR go 0-2 up then Pardew will be lucky if there's anyone left in SJP never mind anything else.

When was the last time we came back from 1-0 down to win, let alone 2-0??

The worrying thing this season is that we only seem to wake up and deliver a semi-respectable performance after going behind. Anything less than a win in this fixture is unthinkable frankly...

Evening gents. Not sure what to think here. If Newcastle hit form then we are obviously in big trouble. Hoping the arry affect continues for us and we battle hard for a draw.

I agree with him again to be honest. I think he is again touching on something we have to improve as fans though. He can't very well be blunt and say "our fans have a habit of turning on the team when we're 2-0 down". We do though. Not last week against Citeh I have to say, but then its easy when its Man C. He's just pointing out although he we all badly want a win, it might not be plain sailing against an improving QPR. They may right down there but this is the PL and every team is a danger home and away.

We need to stick with the lads regardless, negative attitudes regardless of what transpires will serve no purpose. It is a two way street, as long as they put the effort in, the fans have a job to do. I remember a time when we were inspired by the team giving 100%. The only time I lose faith is when I see the likes of Viduka or Martins throwing the towel in!! Howay lets all give them everything we can.

I hope we get a good crowd, get behind the lads, put pressure on QPR, and put the game to bed early.

    I'd play -

    -------------Ba-----------------

    ----Cisse-------------Marv-------

    -------Anita-----Bigi--------------

    ------------Tiote-------------------

    Santon----Colo---Willo------Simpson

    --------------Krul-------------------

I'd take that. I think we will be looking at a crowd of over 45,000 though at least.

Bad weather, Christmas shopping. Some people are going to be put off going and some won't have a say in the matter, they'll be getting dragged around the shops with their other half's.

Let's face it. I do agree with you guys(Tash, ACS et al.) that it's in our best interests to start Marveaux over Jonas but.........................................

do you really think Pardew would do that? Seems to me that Jonas is a surefire starter for him when fit, and that sucks when Jonas is ****e as he has been this season. Still, holding out hope somehow our front 6 consists of Tiote Anita Marvo Cisse Ba + Perch/HBA/Over-ran(if the Frenchies were fit) over Jonas as the 6th.

'Appen we have to win an away game sooner or later.

Still, I'd take a 0-0 from this one.

Can see us managing an overdue win. 2-1 or 3-1 to us is what I'll be expecting.
