"Struggling and not good on the road, full stop" is the dismissive shrug off for Fulham by the 'Bollock' this week. And although Brendan Rodgers is delusional, the mighty Liverpool will triumph 2-0, no question. This what he said -
Rodgers definitely lined himself up for a fall claiming second is within reach. Hopefully our lot will turn up with their football boots this week and not their slippers and cardigans. I'd take a draw if I was offered it.
It really gets on my tits when Lawro uses his "predictions" to write a column about teams. What part of that "prediction" was about the game happening on Saturday?
Absolutely! But that's why you started this thread with such a great title in the the first place. Off to Anfield tomorrow, so maybe a point to just to wind him up. C O Y W
Those Cluckers at Motspur Park have unanimously sided with the 'Bollock' - http://www.fulhamfc.com/news/2012/december/21/chicks-predict-liverpool Bring out the charm GeraS !! COYW
No, you're right, Madness. George Co-Hen ate from the Fulham pile moments before first one then three other chickens pile into the Liverpool pile. Controversial! I'm with George, by the way.
Mea culpa - guilty by assumption. Trying to retrieve a ginger nut that I was dunking, I glimpsed the three pecking at Liverpool and .. assumed. Good to hear now that George Co-Hen was as quick off the mark as ever. .
Sorry guys, the charm did not work. They waltzed through us a few times and that was us done for! The score flattered Liverpool. Still expect 6 points from next 2 home matches. C O Y W
The 'bollock' hasn't come up with any predictions so far. Traditionally we do quite well in Boxing Day matches. No I haven't forgottten the West Ham game - we played worse then than even in the last two games and I doubt I've felt more miserable since we joined the premiership. There have been more happy than sad memories thank goodness, and this just has to be the best - Fulham 10 Ipswich 1 please log in to view this image please log in to view this image I reckon we'll keep with the happy tradition this year but I'll leave predicting the score to the 'Bollock'
Hold your breath...... Lawro has us to win 2-0 (as does Guy Mowbray; Marco Gabbiadini 3:1). And he has even spotted that our weakness is midfield: Fulham didn't really appear in the defeat at Liverpool. They were poor, especially across midfield, where they just had nothing. We know they are a better side at home and they are very reliant on their results at Craven Cottage in terms of where they will finish in the league. They are not playing well and, although Dimitar Berbatov's goals might have dried up, he still creates. Fulham have one win in 10 league games but 10 teams in the league will have similar runs at some point and it is a case of when they have that bad run. Fulham will be fine. They are playing a Southampton team that didn't turn up in a loss against Sunderland, who got a goal and held them off at arm's length. Captain Adam Lallana is a big miss for Southampton. They have lost six of seven on the road, although the toughest thing for a newly promoted team is winning away from home. That is just the way it is in your first year unless you have got an outstanding team. More important for Southampton is that they win the majority of their home games and that might be enough to keep them up. Prediction: 2-0 C O Y W
Well of course he noticed more detail about us. As we were playing Liverpool, there's a decent chance that he actually watched us play. And as the game wasn't on BBC - so he wasn't working on it - there's a chance that he heard some decent punditry with worthwhile analysis.
