Seeming as we put a last ditch bid in for him back in January.
Do you think we will put another bid in for him, if Wigan get relegated?
Also, would really like Samba in the summer.

I bloody well hope not, I don't want him anywhere near the club.

Samba is very unlikely, just fan speculation really.

I doubt it. It was a panic bid and i really hope we don't.

Sambas good but will get better offers than us and i would like to see what Saylor can do when he's back to full fitness and on form

I say we swallow our pride and bring le Zog back, he is an amazing player.

Samba is a proper tank, would be a mint partner for Colo.

We were talking about this yesterday at the match.

I would have him back even though he's a massive bell end. Wigan have been canny crap at times this season yet he's shone, he's a great winger.

Never go back. That's what I think, he would upset morale for the players that were there when he left, not a good signing for the team I think.

I know loyalty is dead in football but he should never be allowed back.

Great player though. Should be playing in Europe not at that ****hole Wigan IMO. But thats what you get for being an arrogant little ****.

He's still waiting for his 'big move' but I don't think pride would let him rejoin us.

Would love to see Samba here, he was immense in today's game. With him and Tiote in the side it would be like a brick wall to get through. <cool>

Samba wouldn't be too bad providing we don't pay silly amounts of money. No to N'Zogbia, he's a whingey little **** who thinks he's the best player in the world. We've got rid of all the players who thought they were too good for us and have a team of players who work well together and I don't want him coming and ****ing it up.

    Samba would be awesome.

N'zogbia - NO WAY. He is no improvement on what we have got, and we have the money to do so much better than him.

    You having a laugh?
He's a quality player, better than any winger we've currently got (maybe excluding HBA, but he's not really a winger). Would have him back in a heartbeat if he swallowed his pride. Don't think Tiote/Barton would take any of his ****. He only left cause he fell out with the management.

He is not as good a player as Barton, not as influential as Jonas or as good at scoring as Nolan. See my point.

He had his chance here, but didn't take it, and so now is stuck in the worst team in the Prem, so as far as I'm concerned, he can stay there and stew in his own juices.

He's faster than Jonas (look at our team, Enrique/Simmo aside, we have no real pace in the team), produces a better final product than Jonas, and scores a lot more than Jonas. That would be who he replaces in the team, nevermind Barton and Nolan, they could play alongside him.

I think maybe this summer N'Zogbia will get his 'big move' to a European side. Maybe Bayern Munich or one of the big French sides or he may have to settle for a move to Liverpool (if he doesn't want to be playing in European competition next season). He's undoubtedly a talented player who has really impressed in a poor Wigan side. He's 25 now and will soon be approaching his prime.

His age is the reason I may be tempted to give him another go. Not because he's coming to his prime really. More so that he was only in his early 20's when he left and at that age we've all done things and said things that we look back on and realise we were wrong. It's not until you get to your mid or late 20's that you look back and see that you acted like a moron. Those of you still in your teens will find this out one day. So if he was man enough to admit to his failings and bad judgement in the past I would definately have him back. He would add pace and quality to the left flank and we could move Jonas to the right.

Jonas has been in very good form recently, and he is to be replaced, it would be by HBA on the left and play 2 up front.

It's me :) Don't dislike Jonas, just think Nzogbia is better than him.

He's been playing well for the last two-three games. Nzogbia has been performing for most of the season. You could even play Jonas on the right, Barton/Tiote in the middle with Zog on the left if you so wished to, pushing Nolan up behind a striker.
