I'm struggling... 19th and though only 3 points off 17th I was expecting extra funds in january as mentioned in other posts? I haven't been given a thing!
Yeah, my first season I was on the edge of the relegation zone in January and got nothing. Now that I'm winning, Cortese randomly throws huge sums of money at me, which is awfully nice of him given that I reject every transfer he tries to make.
Man Utd 0-4 Sao Paulo. How have I just done that? In 198 days in charge, I have won the Copa Libertadores, the league and the Club World Cup. That's a pretty impressive treble if I may say so myself. Now I shall resign and look for work elsewhere.
Signed Craig Noone for a pittance at the January deadline, because Gaston Ramirez was out for three months and my backup AML was demanding out. Intention was simply to have a cheap left-footed third-stringer who could be sold at the end of the year, when I had a couple kiddies arriving. Two injuries later, and he's suddenly starting in a stretch of big games, including a League Cup final against Chelsea and a game against Man U that might decide the title. Naturally, he has five goals and an assist in six games, with an average rating above 8. Simulated football is a funny game.
This may well be a very silly question as it could be answered in an earlier post but here goes. I have until now refrained, rather easily, from looking on this thread until now and wondered if someone could explain the way that this game is operated and on what. Im so p****ed off!! I had to restart my whole game because of Euro Cup!! I went to register my players and only had 3 players who trained with me for 3 years between 15th and 21st birthday (need 4) so wouldnt let me carry on my game
Well I think I get the idea that the game is conspiring against me.... Lost in last minute to Spurs. Lost in last minute to WBA. Lost to Everton when I dominated. Rodriguez out for 5 months Ramirez out for 5 months. No money given to me to buy players in January. 7 points off safety with 15 games left... gunna be tough to say the least!
And then I win my firs game in 8... absolutely buzzing with it... then I see all the teams around me won and I'm still 7 off safety meaning the win means next to nothing... *sigh*
Please tell me you still have the save of your previous game?! You don't HAVE to have the full four players! If you leave a slot empty the game will fill it with a newgen for you and let you proceed.
How do you do this? I still have the game saved? I couldnt figure out how to move past this page? Do you mean take 1 player out (leaving 1 space) and then they fill it for you?

Yeah, just register one less player than you normally would. That method worked on previous Football Managers anyway let me know how you get on.
Well, low end graphics at least. It's actually quite demanding on the processor I think (obviously depending on the amount of leagues you load).
Getting youth players on this years game is hard. Wanted to bring in a 5 star potential fella who wouldn't pass the work permit so i've gone down the root of a feeder club however as opposed to last years game you can't keep offering contracts until he finally gets a permit you have to wait the full amount of time anyone know a way around this?
