...dinners for me last wk were chilli and now my guts have turned into high velocity liquid fire. who'd have thought.

still magic though......and you could go for a session of colonic irrigation....some hot wee nurse type putting tubes up yer bum if only it was really like that , err not that I know...just guessing

So what's the dealio with Vals? Are they available at most ching, ecto and weed stockists? And how much are they?

 

ma mate buys 1000 for 200 then sells them in bundles of 100 for £50 quid. 50p each is the lowest you'll get, some ****s sell them for a quid each the robbin ****s. just ask about, some **** should have them. only thing is if you take too many u end up a bit of a ***** in work the next day like me today. a try not to bild up a tolerance for them so only take them when a canny sleep or am freakin out after a heavy weekend.

I'm now over the 'fear'. In fact I only got the fear when I woke up about 8 on sunday morning.
I know that I was let of lightly so I should go and get a supply before net weekend!!

its the best way to wipe your ass, i never use normal toilet roll anymore, got a pack of baby wipes on top of the cistern and one in the fridge for after curry
