Ince and Sturridge

If we hadn't let Ince go and he had no previous connection to us, would your opinions be different?

 

I think that is how we have to look at it

Personally, I don't think the lad as done enough to warrant a £6m fee

 

Not really, I said earlier in the thread, I've seen him play a few times and he tends to drift in and out of games. Personally I think Zaha is the brightest winger in the Championship. Anyhow, I'd much rather see Suso or Assaidi play more rather than spend 6m on Ince

 

I reckon Zaha may allready have a move proposed to him, or even agreed.

I would guess Chelsea.

 

Wouldn't surprise me, he's probably out of our price range anyhow. Looks a real player

If this story is correct, then imo you've made 2 excellent purchases there.

Ince is top drawer & @ £6m is a steal.

Sturridge has attitude but is also a quality player, if Rodgers can get the Ince / Suarez / Sturridge forward line working together, then you could well be in business imo.

Yeah, it is a little weird that the only person on here that thinks these two signings would be a good thing happens to be a Evertonian

 

They'll win you over. Ince in particular - he'll be playing for England by the summer.
