I think Mclaren are better this year to last. But imo Hamilton is getting pissed off about Vettel. Button doesnt win anymore because his car isnt perfect.

Not fussed tbh, Vettel was in control the whole race Lewis was vulnerable on the first lap, Alonso showed why he is a double world champion by taking it to Red Bull for the whole race.

This is how 2010 should of started like if Vettel's car was as reliable as it is now.

Hamilton won in China and had no significant upgrades for Turkey. Nothing's happened to him. He's still on it, he just didn't have the car today and the team made mistakes throughout the weekend. It happens.

I'm sure Button will win again. F1 is just in one of those situations it finds itself in from time to time - one team has a dominating car and one of its drivers is exceptionally good at maximising his advantage. Barring problems or mistakes, Vettel will be the favourite to win for some time to come. Wins for anyone else may be a bit thin on the ground in 2011.

I do think that Hamilton is a bit pissed/frustrated with Vettel because Vettel has sort of stolen Hamilton's thunder.
The reason why Button is not winning anymore is because the Red Bull is much quicker, so barring any strategy mistakes by Red Bull the Mclaren is not good enough to win, yet.

Hamilton's win in China was the result of several favourable factors coming together: most notably Vettel's poor start and his slight weakness in racecraft, which played to Hamilton's fighting strengths. McLaren also out-manoeuvred Red Bull's complacency (or over-confidence).

SilverArrow makes a good point about how 2010 might have looked, had Red Bull had 2011 reliability. As I said before the first race, Red Bull have another mechanical 'Newey' masterpiece and I can see nothing and no-one landing more than the odd blow to such a dominant combination. That car is streets ahead of the rest; simply stunning. - This is the biggest reason for Hamilton's current demeanour; he feels that his destiny is being withheld. Of course F1 has always been about technology and World Championships for driver and team alike are decided by the best driver/team combination (notwithstanding external factors).

To put this another way, the Red Bull is so dominant that its drivers are relatively unchallenged - unless by each other or some collective failing; as seen in China.

And anyone who doubts Button's ability must have missed some significant moments of today's race.

Yeah Button did have some great times today, But has not showed as much as he did back when he won it, But the same can be said for the likes of Alonso and Massa.

Exactly. Replace Vettel with someone like Kobayashi or Rosberg and they will easily get their maiden victory. The car is so far ahead in terms of downforce, that any (decent) driver in the RB7 will easily outqualify the drivers like Alonso and Hamilton.

If Vettel doesn't win the championship with this dominant car, he is very overrated as a driver.

    F1 moves on.

When Button "won it", he was in the best car and did not have Hamilton as a team mate - someone who he himself wanted to measure himself against as 'the best'. So the situation is quite different now: firstly, he has a far bigger challenge from his team mate; but by far the biggest factor is that there is another car which in F1 terms is light-years ahead: Red Bull.

Button led the first stint of China don't forget. The last two races have just been poor stratagy for him. His duel with hamilton was great today. He is not miles away but he and Hamilton need McLaren to improve or they will be left to hope for Red Bull mistakes (as happened in China).

It looks as if both webber and vettel in particular could have a mistake in tyre stratergy and still get on the podium towards the end of the race. The only way they can be robbed a win another way is that the cars behind hope for SC towards the end.

Red Bull are just too quick, simple as that really.

But Hamilton and Alonso know that if they catch Red Bull in terms of pace then they will win races. Vettel is doing a phenomenal job...when he leads into turn one.

I would love to see Red Bull under some genuine race pressure for a great season, McLaren have some big updates planned for the next race which is why they were not ready for Turkey despite the 3 week break. Should be interesting.
