    Afraid so... Sad but true.

    To be fair to him though, this is the first season(/period) he's had with us when he's been going behind first with regularity...

    We don't have much resilience really, but against Man Citeh there was more than enough to suggest we could change that stat. 2-0 behind against the Champs, would be easy to give up or defend for a minimal defeat. We really got at them <ok>

    It is a bit of a rubbish stat for Pards. I'm not questioning the commitment he derives from his team because we have nicked points loads of times from losing positions. However he needs to look a bit at SAF and his willingness to throw caution to the wind with 4 strikers on etc. I suppose its easier when you have Manures quality

    I think his subs have been questionable more than a couple of times this season, but really injuries have deprived the squad of many options in truth!

    This is as good as a 6pointer. We've got to win this to put some distance between ourselves and the drop zone. A draw, and we'll possibly get leapfrogged by Sunderland, or maybe not, but we're really in need of a morale boosting win here.

    So in short, it's a "we better win" game, as opposed to a slightly more drastic "must win" game.

    Even if we lose, there's still plenty of points up for grabs, but we need to really turn our season around if so.
