And that right there is what's wrong with scum fans. It's irrelevant. We love our club despite its problems. You'll be a city supporter as soon as Fergie retires and the wheels fall off. I might start a poll. The wife says I've got to clean the house before we go on holiday (which means tonight). I'm thinking of sloping off to the pub to catch the game. What do you reckon Marko? :bandit:

I reckon half clean the house to make it look like you made an effort, gave up because it was going to take too long, then slope off to the pub. Everybody wins.
 
I just got a feeling tonight that Chelsea won't be up for a scrap and we'll trounce em. Already made bets at 4-0, 4-1, 5-0 and 5-1. If 5-0 comes in its 500/1 <excited>

Spot on, don't know why United and their gloryhunters have to poke their nose into everything, they did it with our London Derbies and Chelsea v Liverpool threads as well. This has nothing to do with them, leave this to the proper fans of proper football clubs <ok>

Hopefully a leeds win that will give us a good chance of a cup this season. Chelsea are certain not to field a strong side due to the games they have played but they would in the final so im hoping for a leeds win that we wont have much bother with in the final as we would with a full strength chelsea....
 
I'll be watching this game with great interest. I expect Leeds to make a game out of it, but I losing the Club World Cup will mean Chelsea will be in bounce-back momentum. I think if Chelsea are on their game, it's going to be a walkover but if they continue their poor form, and Leeds give it their all, there could be an upset on the Cards.

I'm not bothered what the result is tonight, I don't really feel it's morally correct to vouch for either Club. Happy Neutral <cheers>

First stop talking to scum, you effing moron.

second, I have a dilemma. I am still at work, told the wife I am snowed under with pre-Christmas business, but the pub 20 yards away is showing it..... and my wife just reminded me I promised (when I was not thinking straight) I'll be home at 9.00pm.

Options:
1. carry on working, then go straight home to the loving wife

2. work until 7.45, go next door and drink nothing stronger than lemonade, and toddle off home at half time to said loving wife, I can listen to some on Radio5
on the way home

3. work until 7.45, go next door and have some beer, fully intending to toddle off home at half time to said loving wife, but inevitably be a bit late and annoy her by reeking of booze

4. work until 7.45, go next door and have some beer, fully intending to toddle off home at half time to said loving wife, but inevitably get leg;less and watch the lot, turn up late on and get divorced

I am thinking of tossing a coin

Number 3 of course! What's the worst that can happen.
 
Seems like Chelsea's 12,000 miles in 10 days may give Leeds the edge. Can see Chelsea playing with Jetlag.
