age wise yes, sell on value, cant see it personally, probably paying too much for him now so doubt he will have any sell on value. if this rumour is true, it will be a good test to see what the owners intentions are, as all i have seen(i know it was out of control) is them wanting to reduce the wage bill, which sadly reduces the type of player we can attract, but will they accept that if we can get 2 donkeys off the wage bill in Downing and Cole we can pay Walcotts wages who is better than the 2 of them put together, although that isn't saying much, or is it a case of reduce reduce reduce, with no quality added and us falling further behind.
