Would have loved these two at the club and for the prices as well. If other clubs are already putting deals in place, then I hope we have something going on behind closed doors.

Liverpool put a deal in place with Chelsea for Sturridge, 12m and Thomas Ince from Blackpool for 6m. Both deals hoping to be completed in first days of January.

Oddly id much rather have Ince. I don't see how Sturridge would fit into Liverpools team with Suarez unless they went;

Could you swap Suarez with Sturridfe? Woudl that work?

 

I just think its hilarious they let Ince go for £250k. Effectively they have loaned Ince to Blackpool, and paid them £5.75m to do so. You have to love their business sense. Carroll, Henderson, Downing, Ince - has there ever been so many royal **** ups?

 

Makes you wonder how they have managed to get where they are in life. Numptys.

 

Plus 12m for Sturridge is a bit steep, he's not a bad player but lazy and ball greedy.
