Can someone please explain why on my last day at work at Abbey Wood, Bristol that I am awake at 0430! Mrs Sandy got a new fitness DVD a little while back and wanted to see what it involved doing. It was the funniest thing, both me and Mrs Sandy sitting at the table eating our rather large dinners and watching someone else exercising . I was worn out by the end of my dinner and barely had the strength to press the eject button
