Not the same thing, you couldn't even reach the play-off places when your big signings flopped. We're 4th and 3 points from top. Fair to say none of us are that upset about Prozzie not getting on the pitch (which your flopped signings continued to do).
You what? You're becomming boring now, reaching into the 'Charlie' category. You know full well what I meant, you're just being tedious, childish and down right pathetic
Not at all Proud ... it's just that, at this time of year .... .... I have a dream that one day the Not606 forum, where some posters are presently dripping with the words of interposition and nullification, will be transformed into a situation where Foxes, Lions, and Bluebird-Reddragons will be able to join hands with Leeds types and those unfortunate enough to have to wear tiger stripe onesies and walk together as sisters and brothers.
Same bet that AKCJ lost last year to someone else on our board: the loser has to have the other team's crest as avatar (or signature). The team that finishes higher wins the bet.
You were banging on all last season about how we wasted money. So naturally, when you sign a player that was more expensive than all of our signings last season and this season with the exception of Mills, it raised a few eyebrows. When we asked about him, you said that Bruce had been tracking him for years and that it must be something special. We questioned how he could have the credentials for this league when he's never played at a decent level even though he's half way through his career. You lot then started banging on about Vardy but Vardy was far cheaper and, as it's turned out, a much more successful signing. End of the day, you and Charlie made a lot of silly predictions about a player you know nothing about and have reaped the punishment ever since. Now you keep comparing him to Waggy (digging yourself even deeper) which is not valid as Waggy had pedigree, was much younger and is better anyway.
What, with how fast things move in football today? I'd say that's plenty of time. In fairness, neither Vardy nor Prozzie have taken to the Championship as quickly as we might have respectively hoped, but Vardy has done the better of the two at 40% of the price.
As things currently stand, they've both been **** signings, hopefully that won't remain the case for either of us, but that's how it is at the moment. I don't give a **** about Waggy or Vardy, they don't pay for my team, we're fourth and playing well, that's all I care about. If our new striker in January turned out to be Vardy, I'd be seriously ****ing pissed off and if our only signing last summer had been Proschwitz, then I'd have been seriously pissed off about that too. Fortunately, neither is applicable, we'll sign a new striker in Jan and either of our strikers could still come good. Regardless, I shall continue to make silly predictions, as is my want and I shall ignore your embarrassing pedigree chum remarks.
Predictions and lies like this... "Nigel isn't remotely interested in returning to Leicester and that's from the horses mouth, I've just found out he told the players yesterday."
Lies you say? It is what he told the players and that came directly from Robbie Koren. It's not me who lies, it's your manager.
To you he's Robert, to me he's Robbie. Though I did really piss him off shouting at Alan Lee in front of his kids on Saturday. For which I appologise.
