The fact that Bruce faces the same ban as Lee really isn't fair. Either Bruce's should be made a 1 match ban or Lee's a 9 game ban.
All seems a bit cock eyed to me, AB get a 3 match ban, which under the circumstance is unfair. Moreover Lee now gets a 3 match ban, which could weaken Uddersfield and they could be playing our promotion rivals, which might improve their chance of beating Udderfield. So we could get double punished.

No, it was the intention to hurt the other person. Don't tell me Bruce got up off the floor and ran full pelt at Lee just to lightly tap him. It might have a different aftermath, but it's still malicious and intended.
From what I saw Fellaini was very patient with Shawcross & I'm surprised he didn't do him before. As for the Lee incident, AB didn't look like he was going anywhere in a hurry when Lee ran past him sticking his elbow out, but its not like AB did nothing wrong, whatever he did was wrong, a push in the chest or in the face is still retaliation & he was always going to get punished for it. I assume the real argument is the fact that Lee went down easily claiming he had been pushed or hit in the face, that's why everyone is saying he's a cheat.
How did Bruce get the first head injury? An eye for an eye. Take them to a neutral ground. Let Lee push Bruce. Then let Bruce smash the useless lardarse in the face with his elbow. Sorted.
