I have no doubt he is keen but Rose wants to sign for Sunderland, he has bad memories of not playing under Redknapp, and is quite happy to be back further north. I think it will be the summer but bar a shock relegation I think you have nothing to worry about.
If Spurs recall him in January he can't go to another PL club. As far as I can see I don't think he can sign for QPR before the summer, so he'll either go back to Spurs or stay at Sunderland.

he cannot play against Spurs on 29th of December (loan agreement) he might not be fit anyhow and give him a rest, so i would put Gardner at left back bring in Killgannon for O Shea, Titus and also Cuellar at right back, midfield of Johnson, Sebb, Colback, Mclean up font Whickham, Cambell against Soton. Bring on Sess with about 20 mins to go for Colback, i know that sounds strange but he needs a break now and again. And the bad news is Messi has singed a new contract with Barca untill 2018 !, but at least the mags cannot sign him now and he wouldn't get into their first team anyhow !.
Can I just say - every play we've ever had that Harry's been interested in this has happened with - some paper "leaks" a story to unsettle the player and he ends up there - the player is Tottenhams and no-one should be able to talk to the press about signing him until they have spoken to Spurs - yet somehow if Harry wants a player than it ends up in the press?? I stand corrected. A player can be registered with 3 teams during one season but can only play for two of them, so assuming he didn't play for Spurs prior to joining Sunderland, he's good to join 'Arry at QPR. I don't see why he would though!
Why would he sign a permanent deal with QPR when they are likely to be relegated, Harry will not be able to save them IMO.
