Boca are awesome to be fair, they have two strikers who play regularly for Argentina and are among the best in the world, and my team isn't equipped to play any formation other than what they were playing when they hired me. I need to sign a few players before I can change the system. You were right that it's all about keeping the ball though. I'm playing short passes and very narrow.
Oh god, I never knew winning so many games could be so boring. I'm effortlessly winning the Brazilian first division, but I've just looked at how the team did in last season's Sao Paulo state championship, and it's just loads of 5-0, 6-0 or 7-0 wins, with the exception of one 10-0 (and the Corinthians games which are obviously more challenging). I can't really be bothered with all that. Also, to anyone who's familiar with managing in Brazil, how many players is it wise to have in your squad? Mine has ****ing loads.
I had 33 in my Senior squad, that included 5 strikers due to the formation i was playing, as you know.
I'm assuming the squads are so big because they have the state championships as well as the league? But my state has so many ****ty teams that I could probably win it with youth players, so I might cut down on the squad size. I hate dealing with players who want more first team football but clearly aren't good enough.
Don't use either of the presets. The best version is like the deep one, but CMs instead of DMs. That's better for a short passing game, and it suits Schneiderlin and Cork far better. This is mine: please log in to view this image
I had a big squad for a few reasons, one was because i didn't have enough money to enter a team to the reserve league so moved my reserves into the first team. And also because most of my players seemed to be very injury prone (probably becuase of the physical attributes of my players)
Well in my first season with Saints and Cortese is crazy, started of with 4mil budget. But Cortese made deals for wanyama, Anasaldi, Caulker and Ince.
Just starting the League Two season with Preston, my team is as follows... Starting XI: Stuckmann; Keane, Bates, Adjei-Boateng, Chalmers; Amoo, Mousinho, Wroe, Holmes; Akinfenwa, Dagnall. Bench: Blackman, Graham, Huntington, Byrom, Monakana, Beardsley, Beavon.
Total goalkeeping crisis. Stuckmann got injured in training, my 2nd choice is on international duty, the third is on loan and I can't recall in time. My fourth choice? A 15 year old lad. Poor guy.
Lost 4-1 to Wimbledon. Sacked 9th place and 2pts off the Play-Offs on October the 14th. Last five before sacking were: 2 wins, 1 draw, 2 losses.
Hi guys, I'm getting the game for Christmas and can't wait to get stuck in. I just wanted your opinions on whether I should install it on Christmas Eve? How long does it take to install? From what I remember from FM2012 it took me about 3 hours so I would rather avoid that on Christmas day. Thanks.
Well mine took about 10 mins for me but it all depends how good your computer is. It took longer for the update to download then the actual game .
