They offered very little going forward and looked very short on confidence. But even if you think they were terrible, doesn't mean we were only 'slightly' better. We weren't fantastic by any stretch of the imagine but won the game comfortably and should have had more.
Indeed, I was on an Udders board earlier and they said that if it had been 5-0, I still wouldn't have flattered us.
Sadly there's too many games this season were scoring 5+ goals wouldn't have flattered us. We all know it but we're one goal poacher short of a very strong promotion challenge.
I still maintain that yesterday was one of our worst home performances this season. In fact it was worse than *****borough and Blackpool. Maybe you should check out the YouTube video thread and see my latest post...
How was our passing bad yesterday? Some of the quick interchanges between the likes of Brady, Quinn, Koren, Elmo, Meyler and Simpson were amazing I thought! There aren't many teams in this division who can pass like we did yesterday. Especially with the speed we move it at.
Strange how you don't ever mention the fact you predict City to loose every week. Maybe you should review your own shortcomings. You wouldn't happen to be a WUM would you? Not very good at it are you?
True, but there were sections of the game, particularly just after we scored when our passing was quite poor. Particularly by Meyler. As I have said tho, he is riingrusty and partizanship apart, he isn't ready for the Premiership yet.
1) Hobbs 2) Elmohamady 3) Quinn Koren and Brady and Bruce were close but just not close enough. A team of stars for sure though.
I wonder IF Bruce will be tempted to play Proschwitz @ Derby especially as they have one of there main centre backs out injured ? With the start of the busy xmas period maybe Derby is the time to start rotation of the strikers. ? Less pressure on Nick in an away game for starters from the Hull fans. Get a grip man. He was not the best but nowhere near as bad as you make out. Makes you wonder when he comes out posting such drivel and tosh. But hey ho there you go. Did we play badly ? I thought after the first 15mins we eased off knowing how poor Udders were. Save energy levels for the bigger KC games coming up. Nice to read that even Udders full back Jack Hunt said Hull could have had 5 or 6 if they had stepped up the pace.
Why would I bring up a prediction that I made pre-match? I come on here after games to give my analysis of what I've seen. Forums such as Not606 are for debate between fans. That I happen to have a different opinion to you should not irk, anger or upset you. 'LOL' at "maybe you should review your own shortcomings" Believe me, I've provoked myriad people on this forum in the past (never intentionally of course ), and I know exactly what needs to be said to wind them up. Saying I think we'll lose, or saying I think we've performed poorly in comparison to other matches this season, is not it. If you're one of the morons who sees that as an attempt to wind you up, or if it really does wind you up, I suggest you seek psychiatric help. I won't mention the fact that you've admitted in another post that I'm right in saying that some of our passing was atrocious yesterday... Oh, too late.
My mistake, I forgot that every time somebody has their online arse handed to them they say, "I was fishing" Ya daft ****
