I saw the Hobbit at the Imax last night, I loved it, ignore all the bullshit written by the critics, it looks incredible and but for the fact these up their own arse types harp on about the 48fps I would never have known.

<laugh> That looks like a complete pile of ****e!

Can't believe Idris Elba is whoring himself out to Hollywood for bollocks like that.

Ain't seen it yet Dev but I'm more disappointed it's being made as a trilogy. I doubt it will match the book though

I'm off to the feck off big Imax in Waterloo to see The Hobbit and I can't wait!!

Admittedly I am more than a tad concerned about how they hope to drag a short children's book into three films each of which is meant to be over 2.5hrs long but we shall wait and see.

Looking forward to Iron Man 3 next year too. No linking in with The Avengers with this one and Downey said it is one of the best scripts he's had in ages so fingers crossed for another decent comic cross over. Django will have to be done too.

I shall submit my review of The Hobbit soon. Bet you are on the edge of your seats!!

I suspect you shall not be disappointed, anyone who likes LoTR will like what Jackson has done with the movie. Can't wait to see it again personally.

I saw the Hobbit on Saturday night.

It's better than any of the LOTR films and much better than I expected.

It goes quite a long way through the book, though - it finishes at a later point in the story than I was expecting.

    Proper popcorn movie, though.

    I liked it <ok>

The English-speaking version of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo was better than I expected it to be. Not as good as the original mind but a decent watch nevertheless.

    Sightseers is also very funny.
