This is the first season he has played as a pure striker for us in the Championship and has done alright surprisingly. I say surprisingly because I admit I wasn't a fan - look at my previous posts about him and they are negative but he has changed my mind. Am surprised that there is any hate for him from Hull - I remember you lot regretting him leaving when his loan finished.
I liked Waggy when he was on loan here. He was looking good up front with Fryatt until his injury and NP buggering off back to you lot.
There isn't any hate for him from Hull, he's just collateral damage on this thread, as a result of the nonsense comparisons being made. To be honest, we didn't actually see that much of him, he only appeared in five games for us.
