    Well for you maybe, as you suckered them in, a bit upsetting raising peoples hopes, some are very gullible (look it up, it's a word that is not in the OED).

    RE: the Shaw "situation". I think he will stay, even if he signs a 5 year year contract with us he will still only be 22 and he is the the perfect place to develop. The policy for the future is clearly to build around these players and he'd be well placed and advised to stay I think (unlike Bale, Walcott and AOC who were right to move, career wise).

    JWP has recently signed a big contract and I think that, if we stay up, we will see others following suit.

    Youth developement will become more and more key as various UEFA rules on homegorwn players, wages etc start to take effect and we are definately ahead of the game in terms of devloping talent and giving it a chance.
