These all apply to scooterman. Although regarding Waggy, 2) is the closest, as on, on paper, Nugent and Beckford was the best strike force in this league last season. Sadly, the game is played on grass, to which Beckford has a rare allergy that causes him to sulk a lot.
He might run around a lot, but Fryatt has issues with confidence, so when he's "off" (which is about 60% of the time) you can't say he's given 100%. Beckford hasn't given 100% for anyone since he left Leeds.

I went on the Hull board not long ago and was abused by quite a few for being there and told to go back to my own board and I didn't go there to take the piss (I was welcomed by those that come on here)

It is good when you come on here and we have a good football discussion, but the amount of posts we get that just don't add anything to the thread or contribute in any way seriously outweigh the insightful, relevant posts.
Fryatt played as a lone striker all last season and got 16 which in all fairness isn't a bad return, the service he was getting was very poor for most of the season so we haven't seen him been 'off' for a cluster of games, obviously hes had 'a bad day at the office' type games like all players do but all in all hes been really good for us.
No proud wasn't having a pop or out like that, just contributing to the topic. to be fair thou, weather he deserves it or not Charlie gets some abuse from time to time, i know he gives as good as he gets. Generally it is all good banter.

I really rate Fryatt when he's in form and think he could be potentially the best in this division. But the problem is the word potential. He just needs to believe himself more. How's he doing anyway?

Not good really, out for the season with an Achilles problem, he had afew injections to try and get him on the pitch but no joy. He must be real p*ssed off, feeding of scraps all last season then we finally get players who provide great service and this happens.
A striker's first touch is often telling, a player struggling with confidence will often take more time than needed or a first touch that is too heavy. It's as if they think themselves out of scoring. He got away with a lot more in League One when you do have more time, but he has shown enough for us and Hull to prove he can do it in this league as well if he remains focused.
I know, I always wondered why he always tries to take the goalkeeper on. If he didn't do that, he would be getting 30-40 goals per season!
I´ve not been involved in this tit for tat over Prosser so I aint got a clue wtf is happening about it & nor do I want to know. I simply said that paying 3 mil now a days is f.a.
Charles you really are thick arent you Fryatt will never in a million years score 30-40 goals in this league.
