No one yet has mentioned this dirty ****er on a thread yet. headbutting, elbowing, punching and generally being a twat, if anyone didnt see the headlights from match of the day, i suggest they take a look, and the cheeky twats talk about Clatters, his like a babe compared to this cheating ****'

If the FA do nothing about this they have lost all respect, as he should get a 9 match ban

You need to worry about playing rubbish mate rather than worry about a totally different match/player or eat different cakes from a different cafe over there:biggrin:

He will get banned, but people overlook the holding, grabbing etc that went on.

Not excusing a head=butt, but it's not standard for him and he was getting some pretty shoddy backing from the ref.

I felt sick when I seen him headbut Shawcross, then the next time he was elbowing him then the last time he punched him

if it was on the street it would of been classed as assault

I don't like Shawcross but he never rose to it at all, some players would of made a total meal out of it

No doubting he is a good player mate but to say not standard?
He always puts himself about, he often gets way with elbows no one else would.

Mate, any half decent player uses his arms etc to get space, the better players usually use it more than others.

Sticking the nut then the boot into a fellow pro however, is ****ing bollocks, and he deserves whatever ban he gets.

Credit him & Moyes for there words, but likely was all a plan to try and soften the ban.

What I don't understand is what possessed him to react like that? Its not his usual game and although Shawcross was fouling him, the reaction was way out of proportion to the head butt that followed.

A minimum 3 match ban is coming and a large fine for sure and he already seems ready for it by his reactions straight after the match.:afro:

All I am gunna say on this is, hats off to Shawcross for the way he conducted himself and how he somehow kept himself from retaliating. I don't know many blokes that would put up with that much without having a dig back. It was a canny serious assault. He floored him with the head and punch, if someone done that in a city centre on a weekend, they would be jailed. Simple as.
