I believe Faurlin is our best alround balance of
    Keeping the ball
Good passing (little bit too sideways)
    Holding his position
    Getting a tackle in
I just wish he'd look to have a few more shots with some conviction.

He also brings the left back in and always looks for the killer ball down the left side

I thought him and Mbia were men of the match Adel aside

It's good to see Faurlin back to his best
I'd stick Diakite in there for away matches at the expense of Jamie or stick Jamie up front for the first 70 mins then bring on Cisse

Mbia and Faurlin are perfect. No place for Diakite there IMO

Faurlin is great player, but is currently lacking pace...hopefully this will change as he plays more. There is a place for Diakite who is equally as good a player.

To have a balanced midfield pair you need a bully and a skillful one. Diakite is a bully who can't tackle and as a link up player he's nowhere near Faurlin. Maybe I'm wrong

Mbia had a horrible first half though - he kept flubbing passes and put in a couple of dodgy tackles/pushes and nearly lost his head, arguing with the Ref. 2nd half he did better, as I think Arry told him to step back a bit from doing too much as he was in the first. And that's why in the 2nd half we saw more of Ale getting involved. But thinking that, if they can share the energy and responsibility better for the whole match, they can be a great pair.......

but does that mean Granero's gone? Might be. Diakite can come in when either Mbia or Ale start to look tired.

But then again I think Granero is better in Adel's position when Adel's not doing well. So as long as they can all hang on and understand their roles, I think we'll be fine. But then as players I know they'll get itchy not playing games, so we'll have to see, eh?

I think Harry is still tinkering with the system to see how one or two of the players fit in. Faurlin looks so comfortable on the ball you'd think he'll now make the position his. There's gonna be a bit of trial and error but we're slowly turning it round. No doubt we were up and at 'em from the off today and Fulham just couldn't handle it. Adel found a Hollywood performance today and it lifted everyone...
