Nice to have a power **** first thing of a morning. Ten o'clock today I'm off to Tynemouth beach where I'll have a five mile jog along the beach. I'd better put my Oil of Ulay moisturiser on though because it will be chilly and breezy.
You should always brush your teeth and tongue first thing after getting up. When you sleep all the toxins build up in your mouth so if you eat or drink before brushing you are simply washing the toxins back into your system.
unless you fast for a couple of weeks, toxins are in your body all the time anyway. and they dont just come out of your mouth, they come out through your skin and hair etc
Shower every day... shave twice a week - sometimes use a trimmer to neaten it Mousturise every morning brush teeth twice a day use deodrant and aftershave hair product
quite the metrosexual pud but not overly so. i'd say youve got the right balance i'd tell you my grooming routine but im sure you would all get bored.
not the second you get up (us normal people are eating breakfast)... or all through the day, unless you are OCD and shower 20 times a day?
Working day mornings: - leccy shave, shower, moisturize ( all body ), brush teeth, tea & smokes Non-working day mornings: **** all. Evenings oot: shower, wet shave, shower, moisturize ( all body ), brush teeth, aftershave, have ****, wash boaby, get dressed, oot the door
Shower, brush teeth, put deodrant on, get dressed, have a ***, get out the door and grab a cooffee on the way.
You're dead to me now.. Ya ****. Up, s hit, shower (have a beard/long stubble) no shaving. Roll on anti perspirant(only stuff that stops me being sweaty) brush teeth, whitening mouthwash.. Pot of fresh coffee two ***s out the door at 8:50.. Timed to perfection.
Nice one mate I got down to the beach but the jogging was hampered by a blinding headache that developed Do you know the area?
