Do we really want Sterling?

Now that their best player Sterling is leaving the miserable scousers, the media is linking him with us. Do we really need him? It looks possible that it could just be a ploy by his agents to get the best deal possible from these desperate scousers.

Without him, the scousers will go further down the gutter. It looks like they are being hrld by the short and curlies and they will have to give in to his 50k per week demands. Yet again increasing their wage bills to be the largest outside the top 4 big clubs. Scousers = big club...only in wage bill

 

No I don't want him, he's probably not leaving anyway.

 

I cannot believe they will let their only half decent player leave.

They'll be left with downing and Henderson to be their star players

 

The story is rubbish, Sterling himself ranted about it on twitter before deleting the tweet.

 

I actualy think hes at the right place anyway, hes getting lots of game time which gives him a good chance to develop.

Just don't run him into the ground like you did with owen

I wouldn't want us to sign him at all. I know LFC fans rave about him but I really don't think he's anything special.

 

He would make a good squad player, thats about it

 

Would he improve us?

No.

 

That is the fear.
