West Brom striker wants to make Millwall move permanent by Conor Sefton (@ConorSeftonCBL) on October 24, 2012 Desperado
FACTS 1) Millwall have made an official bid for him 2) Wood said he would love to make the move to Millwall permanent 3) Pearson has said that Leicester have NOT made a bid for him 4) Wood has not said he would like to move to Leicester Desperado or dellusional?
Mind games.... (Pearson)... did not want to disrpupt the Lions' squad ahead of Saturday's match between the two clubs..... Mind you - he's clearly under stress ...or lost his teeth!
Wood will stay at Millwall if not we have money to replace him and Jackett is no fool,,, what-ever will be will be
Surely Pearson is just playing it down due to the match Saturday , I think old Larry Grayson at Huddersfield might bid, but if worsted comes to worse how bout Mc goldrick at Coventry on loan from Forrest , a goal machine at the mo.
TC, what do you think is exactly going to happen onces FFP rules kick in? Aaaaand FFP rules start... NOW! Oh, Leicester, you've overspent recently, therefore you are kicked out of the league with immediate effect... The end!
No Jack - They'll tell you that employing **** managers thet buy **** players will have to stop as losing £15M a season will get you a transfer embargo - although that may not be a bad thing
Our **** manager and **** players are higher than you in the league and have a much more favourable chance of promotion. I'll take 15m losses for eternity if it means we don't have to spend seasons in mid table mediocrity/relegation battles. Something you're going to face for ever.
Why thankyou, I feel we don't receive enough praise as a club, so your comments are much appreciated But, we haven't spent more money than you to be 4 points ahead in December. We spent more money to have a good chance of promotion, and a good chance of staying there once we do get promoted. We didn't spend this money to punch above our weight for half a season, get all high and mighty that we're up there with the big boys, only to fall down into midtable obscurity. Just out of interest, where did you get this figure of £20m from?
And? Not a bad pluck too I might add. Simple fact is you have spent loads more than us and are crowing about being 4 points ahead of us - after Saturday it might be 1 point, and the reason is that we have the best manager in this division, and you have **** managers like Sven and Pearson We could do you a favour and get Pearson the tin-tac like we did for Sven
