Let me know if you need a ticket for the Villa game.I know a bloke who may be able to get a spare at near enough face value
They can't keep away from this site The only thing that generates any content on there is what we talk about on here
To be honest, I agree with Arsenal87. Your team looks a LOT better when they aren't playing. Gervinho can produce occasional good performances but he is not consistent. Ramsey on the other hand is fairly shocking and shouldn't be anywhere near a team of Arsenal's statue. Perhaps a Jan signing for a replacement is needed to push on, but really it's not ability which is affecting the team's position. It's the confidence and belief. I saw Arsenal play Liverpool you guys were all over us. Ok, we were playing ****e but Arsenal put together some clean, precise and efficient play. Then I look at games at Bradford, Villa, West Brom (You were the better team but if we are being honest here the goals were suspect to say the least), Utd where you just couldn't seem to muster up the will and grit needed sometimes when things aren't coming off. When it works, it works well. When something alters the game (Weather conditions, opponents scoring early/shutting up shop, injuries) the team seems to put their head down and mentally start to lose the battle. Also, missing in a penalty shootout is far more forgivable than missing a open goal. The pressure, and expectations, surrounding them are on another scale to a chance in open play. You don't get the weight of possible failure weighing on your chest because the ball is in motion, you react. You don't think 'What if' you just do it and then think about it after. Totally unfair to blame those who missed the penalties, it's a lottery, it can go either way.
