The Arsenal game has already sold out except for hospitality. Oh well, will have to sit in a nice warm pub drinking several pints instead of freezing to death.

I'm bidding on a pair of tickets for this match (work charity gig). I still haven't found out if they're home stands though

You could have my ticket for £100.

That will cover the cost of my Christmas this year.

I am so grateful for the heating allowance I received from that nice Mr Cameron and Mr Clegg. We will be able to have the heating on over Christmas Day and Boxing Day and there should be just about enough left for the electricity meter so we can watch the Queen's broadcast to her subjects and cook our dinner. After that it is back to wearing the overcoat and gloves in the house to stay warm.

The very lovely Mrs Godders:emoticon-0115-inlov has saved up and bought us a chicken thigh each for Christmas dinner and with any luck if I wait until late on Christmas eve I might be able to get a small Christmas pudding and some mince pies at a reduced rate at Aldis. I went out carol singing in the hope that I could raise enough to buy a small bottle of sherry but after the first three householders told me to f*** off I gave up.

It is so nice being a subject rather than a citizen and to be ruled over by those nice Eton boys. They will not qualify for the heating allowance so I hope they don't get too cold over Chrismas as we are all in this together you know and they are suffering like all of us. I wonder if they will be lucky enough to have some chicken for their Christmas Dinner? Do you think the very lovely Mrs Godders:emoticon-0115-inlov and I should send them our chicken pieces in gratitude for all they have done this year to save the country from those nasty Europeans?

The very lovely Mrs Godders:emoticon-0115-inlov suggested that as I look so like Father Christmas I should see if I could get a job as him in one of the stores. I refused point blank as when I did it for our church party last year one of the children got so excited she peed all over my trousers. The upside of that was I felt warm for a little while but it did pong after a while.

Should you decide to buy my ticket and make my Christmas you will be lucky enough to sit next to the very lovely Mrs Godders:emoticon-0115-inlov.

I just hope you like Morgan only if you don't any negative comments you might make about him will be greeted with a very sharp elbow in the ribs.

If you know of any old folks who are going to be alone this Christmas cheer them up by calling in to see them and having a chat. Even better invite them for Christmas dinner.

If you don't know any old folks then I am available so just PM me and I would love to help you eat your turkey.

Godders, I was amazed to find that pensioners still get a £10 Xmas bonus. I remember my parents getting it when it was sufficient for a very nice Xmas...still would pay for your chicken thighs.

How much would you pay for a pair of tickets in the away end?
