MM is in talks with Bolton about extending the loan spell of striker Tom Eaves, who is due to leave Rovers to return to the Championship club at the end of December. Eaves, 20, has scored six goals in 15 appearances since joining Rovers in September. "Tom is going back to Bolton next week to meet manager Dougie Freedman properly. He'll train for a couple of days and I'll then talk to Dougie and Tom about what happens after the New Year. "We know what Tom can do and we know what Tom can give us; we'd like him to stay.

The board has to stop messing about and dig deep in to there tight wallets and bring in at least 5 players ( Not on Loan) That's been the problem for last couple years! Loan players are not the answer! As i have said on other threads MM should go if we dont beat York City.. IMO i think he should go anyway! And start rebuilding a team from Jan with a new Manager and new players who will play with passion and play there hearts out for the shirt!!
