Obviously not, but it's not like you fail to hit the deadline and BAM the club goes bust. It's something like 3 years after it until you have to make what you spend and by the way our academy is going and the high chance of promotion, I think we'll do just fine thanks. 1m for a player is nothing for a club that averages 22k p/w and if in the Premier League would fill the ground. (Yes, I missed James for some reason.)
Not really sure what you're driving at, we don't actually need to recoup the £15 - Top will take the losses. We just need to avoid wasting that kind of money again. The point is, we won't lose nearly as much this season because we haven't spend as much on transfers and our squad is a lot smaller. Besides, it's not just about transfer fees (although Mills' transfer fee would have accounted for nearly a third of that money). A lot of the younger players Pearson has brought in are paid a lot less than those that have gone out. Plus, getting Beckford and Danns out of the club will save us a fortune. We won't sign another striker until we get rid of Beckford, but since Leeds and Huddersfield are both interested, it's looking good.
So it was all bow locks then http://www.newsatden.co.uk/10060-leicester-boss-pearson-denies-making-bid-for-millwall-loanee.html Did think he was out of your price range to be fair
Yes - we are not haemmoraging money at an uncontrolable rate We have a wise manager that spends wisely - yo have a **** manager that buys expensive ****
Actually he said that we have interest but denied specifically a 1m bid. My assumption is he's tested the water with 500k or so.
"No not a million £ to my knowledge, as you know I won't be drawn into speculation, it's not fair on all parties."
"I will reiterate what I always say - speculation is not something I'm going to court." Proabably made an enquiry and West Brom (who have been very professional according to Millwall sources) told them to **** off
Bigger club, better chance of promotion, nicer place to live (I imagine he still lives at West Brom? In which case he's closer to home), better training facilities, better players around him, better travelling support... The list is endless
