Every night when the very lovely Mrs Godders and I kneel beside our bed in our pyjamas and nightdress to say our prayers we always end with "and God bless Markus". Well I do but I am not totally sure about the very lovely Mrs Godders because what she says sounds more like Morgan than Markus!
There is a nice picture of a Pompey fan pulling on a Saints shirt in the hospital visit gallery on the Saints website. I have a feeling we may be seeing more of that in the future. What size are you pompeymeowth as I will ask the Saints shop to keep one in stock for you.

That's the rumour doing the rounds, largely due to people looking up the developers details on companies house that show the developer has something like £90mil of debt (off the top of my head, can't be bothered to check for the accurate figure) and slightly less in assets. I would be cautious of reading too much into that though, people that have in the region of £90mil in assets tend to exploit any loophole going to avoid tax. People's research also shows he has a company registered in Monaco, so I expect he keeps his wealth offshore. I really doubt he is skint, surely Birch would have realised that before a load of obsessives on SaintsWeb...wouldn't he.............................

I try not to, but the Pompey Takeover Saga thread has to be the most complete bit of commentary on the demise of Pompey available on t'internet (although they take a little bit too much pleasure in Pomeys plight than I think necessary). Most of the guys on there probably have enough experience to become administrators in their own right now!
Still can't believe how Pinnacle got preferred status over a Swiss billionnaire, though it may have been that they came up with the £250K required (borrowed I believe), whereas I think ML wasn't keen to part with the non-returnable deposit. Perhaps he thought it was an insult to be asked to prove he had money. Thank goodness Pinnacle didn't come up with just enough to have pushed the takeover through, because they sure as hell wouldn't have funded us to where we are now.
