I'm going to miss the kick-off for this one, as a result of the change. So though it's not the end of the world, it's a pointless **** up by a bunch of ****s who shouldn't be making me miss my football. Completely unnecessary and deserving of a swift kick to the bollocks.
http://www.thisishullandeastriding....l-City-years/story-17574441-detail/story.html Thank goodness we have a local paper that always puts a positive slant on things.
It is soft sods like you that allow the police to get away with this nonsense. Why should Humberside Police, whose performance has been abject on the few occasions they have actually being needed to do something, be permitted to inconvenience a lot of people due to their ineptness? All over the country local derbies, with far larger away followings than the less than 1,000 Huddersfield will bring, go ahead with no problems. Maybe Humberside Police's Football "Intelligence" ( try not to laugh) Unit ask these obviously more efficient forces for a bit of advice?
The Hull Daily Mail got their reporting badly wrong 8 years ago and were crucified by their readers at the time. Seems they wish to re-construct their **** reporting of the time, presumably some new young journo has raked over their archive and decided that the reported version then was the truth. The paper needs to apologise to the fans and the club. It's disappointing the club has said no comment.
Total bullshit from the HDM , pretty disgusting really Can you ever imagine them writing an 'article' like this about one of the rugby teams ?
It's disgraceful, but completely expected, they always do it. The newsdesk is run by a bunch of hapless ****s.
About 75% of the 'news' in the HDM tends to be based on what the schedule at the local courts are, because it's easy to access... investigative journalism at it's best.
On this ^^^^ I agree with you. It is pointless but its happening. Far more important things to get worked up over than a home game early ko. Look at it this way. Its practice for the TWS game on the 29th.!! The fuzz tried too but Santa Claus would not budge. I Vote for Santa to run the Humberside Police now. If you want some agro How about taking Out Paul Baxter and Phil Buckingham ? They are very worthy of much pain. Put your dummy back in and wind your neck in. Your the soft sod for getting so worked up over it. I dont like it either but its happening. Actually, if your that upset by a 12.30pm ko then dont go. Simples.
It's nothing to do with them, the story's from the Newsdesk, not the Sportsdesk, they get as pissed about this stuff as we do.
I get the impression the Newsdesk takes priority and the Sports mob can't stop them putting out this sort of drivel.
