I tried to graph this data in the cool way genji did for his game.... failed please log in to view this image Race Report: An exciting first race here in Albert Park was eventually won by di Fredsta!! The start was particularly manic, as RoadRunner collided with the fast starting genjigonzales - instantly putting him genjigonzales out of the race, and RoadRunner continued, albeit at about two seconds a lap slower than everyone else. After some fighting at the front, four pulled ahead, di Fredsta, BrightLampShade, Julius Caesar and MaxWhiplash. However, Max's mercedes proved to be his doom as he retired after a mere 10 laps. As the front three battled it out, there were also exciting battles being fought down the field, with Nazara's and EternalMSC being especially brutal. El_Bando was making gains after a poor start, passing DHCanary and SgtBhaji in a matter of laps. An order settled, BLS, di Fredsta, Caesar, El_B, SgtBhaji, DHCanary, EMSC, Nazara, tomtom, Lickorish, Honeydew (struggling with oversteer) and the damaged RoadRunner. Things stayed calm for a while. Bhaji ran wide in turn 1 and DHCanary made the place his own. Suddenly, with 5 laps to go drama strikes, di Fredsta overcooks it into the final corner and is passed by Caesar and El_B, things looked comfortable for BLS. di Fredsta was not happy, he scythed past El_B, forced his way up the inside of Caesar and then pounced on the last lap as BLS mistakenly thought the race had finished and was waving to the fans, di Fredsta whizzed by, and BLS recovered just in time to finish 2nd. Nazara eventually finished ahead of EMSC after pushing EMSC into the grass at 150mph, EMSC lucky to stay on. The rest of the field followed through, and RoadRunner somehow managed to finish, albeit 8 laps down. See you in France! Au Revoir.
In my defence.... There was a girl with MASSIVE b...... b.. binoculars at Turn 1. Totally distracted me.
Well that was an eventful first race anyway, despite some horrid luck. I like this game Paco, when do we head to France?
