well if you dont know that then i can understand why you dont know much about the swans set up....the morgans are the top dogs with a few minor share holder directors, one in the states and one as his vice and a couple of others...but overall the morgans own the lions share and will call the shots if no agreement is made in the board room...They let huw run the club but will overrule him in certain instances...for instance they ordered huw to back rodgers for the final push for promotion when huw initially refused him and morgans did not want to lose out like we did under martinez and sousa because of the lack of backing...We would not be here now if the morgans never stepped in and overturned huws decision...
No its a combined effort by the Board, Brendan and the players with the fans who turned out in all weathers to support...
controlling % thats all they need, dont get me wrong huw is a good chairman and i know him very well. he is not good when it comes to spending money and i have to give him credit because we were on the bones of our arse in the beginning, But when the chances came like what martinez and sousa had and we lost out because we never strengthened like the teams around us then we could not let the same thing happen to Brendan and loads of us wrote letters to Mr Morgan about our concerns that we are about to lose out yet again because huw had said in the post that we would not be spending again.......Maybe some of you can recall that Brendan and huw had a bust up over it, Well thankfully the morgans stepped in and the rest is history and we made it....
That's not the point, you say the Morgans say jump and Huw has to, so, Dai, what percentage are you saying that they own, simple question for someone so close to the board.
Ok Dai as I know your reading this thread still, a controlling percentage would have to be at least 51% are you staing as FACT that the Morgans own that amount ?
You can see where we supporters are coming from can't you Dai ? I mean if the Morgans aren't getting the proper respect and thanks that , as majority share holders they should ,well it's just plain wrong isn't it ? So please enlighten us what % do they own so the matter can be rectified!
The more I think about this the more angrier I get. I mean Huw has been lauded and given public recognition on the back of the Morgans, it's not right and not fair! Dai has been right all along ! All we need is for Dai to tell us what % they own and we can rectify this great wrong ! Come on Dai!
