Happens all the time... Dortmund gave away Reus and bought him back Barca have done it with the likes of Fabrigas and Pique. 6M - 35% for someone like Ince isn't bad, aren't a whole host of clubs after him?
daddy will be bending his ear again then about getting the best wages, not what is best for his football. assume that was what the problem was before, not sure, think it was because we wouldn't offer decent enough wages or thought he didn't warrant them so we had to sell him on,is that right?
It was aimed at the myth of "35%". Since the player left at the end of his contract, how could we have possibly have negotiated a sell-on clause? We received compensation because he was under 24 (I think its 24) and that is it.
I was not aware of that point.. I blame the hype and The Daily Fail, damn it, its the last time I fall for their lies again! Not face palm for you.. have one of these instead
That's what I was thinking but most papers are reporting that we are due 35% off. Perhaps the 35% is in addition to the compensation?
isn't the wages going to be an issue? i thought that was why he left before because his old man was giving him advice, can't see us being held to ransom on wages, so he will go where they pay the best wages i assume, doubt it will be us.
I thought we offered him an improved deal but he left because he wanted to play, his old man advised him to move to get some matches under his belt?
I like the sound of that.. maybe proves he wants football rather than money.. I assume the wages we offered would have been better than he's getting at Blackpool, if so, well advised Ince Snr! Lets be honest, at the time our managers weren't ready or willing to trust the youth, so don't blame him for going and getting games...
No idea on amounts. Good that he just wants to play football. Of course, if he gets games under his belt and proves his self then the money will follow in time anyway
