Looks like were looking to push on in january and really make a go of it, with the calibre of players especially strikers were linked too.
I think being in the Top 2 come 2nd January may well make a difference to landing the Big Fish we all want and i dont mean FC either. Wood - Graham - Henderson - (Pope, as an extra signing) would more than send out the right message to one and all.
id take FC over them all, Wood would run him close but FC was immense how many years ago, and he's improved since he'd tear this league up. Still one of the best performances ive seen from a player in a city shirt Burnley at home Night game,the year we went up.

I think we need 2 strikers. I like the names currently linked, however tenuous. Danny Graham would be outstanding, but didn't Swansea pay a decent fee for him? £5m springs to mind? I'm sure they'd want at least that back, so for that reason it looks unlikely.
I DOUBT SWANSEA WILL SELL DANNY GRAHAM IN JANUARY BUT MAYBE OPEN TO A LOAN DEAL FOR THE SEASON ESPECIALLY IF THEY HANG ONTO MICHU. As for taking 2, well thats why i said about a punt on Tom Pope from Port Vale. Hell, we could offer them Mark Cullen as part of the deal. Dont rule out either big Nick Proschwitz getting better / coming good at last.
There's often one that's right, but that's only because we have just signed that specific player. I.e. "Hull City are going in for former Rangers player, Sone Aluko". Already done ...

I looked on another couple of other teams forums yesterday and one of them (Huddersfield Town) they were all getting excited about a one million pound offer for Chris Wood, has we all know any good player that becomes available there will be a lot of clubs in for them
