@gunner.b.alright Ok so your original point was "did you watch us today? we won't go on a good fa cup run unless we have some players i havent seen" or something like that. So i replied by saying the players we are seeing have had good results against other teams much better than bradford and that thsi isnt a good benchmark of where we are at. To which you responded by picking out which players were different in team which beats spurs. Firstly that is a very pedantic way to answer as i was clearly pointign towards previosu good results thsi season and the general team not precise first 11. Secondly by pointing out the differences you have shown yourself those other players which didn't play today but are available to us and will be available for the fa cup. So basically you answered your own original point with your argument against me. You can't have it both ways - either the team today is a true showing of our team and proof we can't go on a cup run in the FA Cup, or it isn't and we have other players and more squad depth (which you have highlighted yourself as the reason for good results against other bettere teams than bradford).
Well i thought , last stages of The league cup , against league 2 Bradford City , with as near as dammit our first team , go figure eh .
Chelsea had LEADERS. Drogba,Lampard,Cech and Terry. Those are winners. The best we have is a 20 years kid who is making still getting back to his best after being out for 16 months. We have no chance in the CL. Zero. Today our final shot at a trophy for the season has disappeared in a puff of air.
And i'd defend Gervinho... or give it a go... But not as a CF... he should never ever play down the middle...ever. Chamakh should have started, or Gervinho should have played wide. Gervinho is a good wide player, he goes past his man, he is quick and he finds soem good positions, unfortunately he lacksthe composure or finishing ability to be anywhere near the CF role. But as a back-up wide man to Walcott/Podolski he isn't a bad squad player at all.
And i'd say the same about Ramsey - he was rubbish on the wing he needs to play centrally. And again, he is a perfectly good squad player btu should not be starting games, at least not how he is playing at the moment. If anyone wants to have a moan - aim it at oxocube - he was **** and has been all season.
He is 25 years old, mate. He needs to leave simple as that. For his own good, because if he plays like that again at the Emirates, I fear for him.

Does not matter if he plays on the wings or the middle. He has the same problems. His ability to somehow find the opposition when it seems impossible is second to none.
