Sunderland on a bad run, with out a win in 14games, desperately needing a win, score a goal in the first 5minutes against another team around us and we kick on and get a few.

lets hope this can kick start our season and get some belief and confidence into the players just like that Bolton game did a couple of season's ago.

I missed the game so am just about to watch it on SS1 now if anyone didn't know it was on

bit gutted for Connor that he never started but the win means far more

bring on the transfer window, come on Ellis give MoN 20-30m

my problem with MoN has been his inability to change to use a positive approach from the off

I have to say though when he has another couple of transfer windows and improves our playing staff then this will not be a problem

I think we've seen him try to change things around with what he's got poolie, reckon he's made it work aswel, without results, we'll get nowt apart from a point against the saints and a last minute winner against $ity till the window opens, anything more - thank u santa!

That Bolton game had also been rearranged due to weather as well! Spooky.

The OP started threads last week saying MON out and Poyet in, stick with MON mate we want some stability and he needs time, why do we need to rush things? As long as we plod along for now the good times will come if we stick with Marty, look at Moyes, Fergie, Wenger.
