we used to play in brown and yellow quarters and be called Riverside! Man U were calles something else as well and Leeds only changed to all white in the 70s. History, legacy, nothing stays the same. Apparently, most English people are decended from Germans don't you know.

we will not capitulate like we did under jones, the players and setup are too professional for that to happen, under jones we had plenty of players (and arguably a manager) who didnt thrive on pressure and getting a job done.

i was impressed with hull when you came to the CCS, my view at the time was that you lacked cutting edge up front, and a player who could thread that final ball through in the final third, if bruce can put that right in january i can see hull doing well.

Thank fck you didn't get him then Golaccio - that was actually a joke.........<laugh>

He was good for us until he got his one and only England cap, then he went downhill big time. He always had an attitude problem but we thought he'd sorted it out.

Spends most his time on his arse. For such a big man, 6 3" I think, he falls over far too often and easily looking for a sympathetic ref. When things aren't going right for him, he sulks and goes missing.

Great latent talent with immense skills on the ground for his size, but a very flawed player - you're better off without him. <ok>

I was wondering where every bugger had got to. Why have you chosen to come to Hell? :emoticon-0130-devil

Anyone relying on the January sales for a striker better get in the queue.

Well, it's been very nice to chat with you, but I guess all good things must come to an end in the fullness of time.

Thread life expectancy is limited by the interest and contributions of participating forum members, and when it wanes, the writing is on the wall. Like everything in this world, life is far too short as are relative table positions in the Championship.

All I can add is that whilst we are sitting at the top of the pile looking down upon our fellow competitors............................

    .....it feels ****ing great............................<laugh> <ok>

Hey - don't give me any agro Agro.

Don't think we were ever top last year pal - Southampton and QPR seemed to share most of the season up there.

The previous year, the last under Jones, we were nowhere near front runners fending off the bloody taxman and under a transfer embargo. <doh>

I'll say just this Agro - at least I can say it this year. When was the last time you could?

I dont have to rely on abuse normally. Just that OLM has this hang up over Nick Barmbys sacking and a one off chat with James Chester and his dad in the car park ages ago. Anyway, it would take a mad man to even attempt to predict how the final championship table will look like come May. Cardiff City have a nailed on 3pts against the Posh this saturday dont they ? If ever a game was all lined up for a shock away win this one is.

As for the KFC. It suits ones needs when miles from home and in need of hot food.
